We’ve put together this FAQ section to help answer the most common questions about ordering from Blooms Creations. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re always happy to help.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has been sent.
Yes. Where available, tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. We do not offer returns for change of mind or incorrect selections.
Please email us at bloomscreations01@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include: • Your order number • A description of the issue • Clear photos of the item and packaging All requests must be reviewed and approved by email before any item is returned.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. This will be discussed with you once we’ve reviewed your request.
We accept all major payment methods available through Shopify at checkout, including debit and credit cards.
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
Certain items, such as tumblers and PYO wraps, are sold exclusively during our TikTok Live events. This allows customers to choose their specific design, pattern, or finish live on screen and ensures availability is allocated fairly.
To order these items, you must: 1. Join one of our TikTok Live sessions 2. Claim your chosen item during the live 3. Follow the instructions given during the live to complete your order
To claim PYO wraps, customers are required to purchase a £5 gift card from our website. This gift card is used to open a basket and secure your wrap claim during the TikTok Live. The value of the gift card is then deducted from your final order total when your wrap purchase is completed.
Without purchasing the £5 gift card, we are unable to open a basket or reserve wraps for you during the TikTok Live. Wrap claims made without a valid gift card purchase will not be accepted.
All items claimed during TikTok Live are subject to our standard returns policy. We do not accept returns or refunds unless an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Please ensure you are happy with your selections before claiming items during the live.
