Thank you for shopping with Blooms Creations. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a further notification when your order has been dispatched.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
UK Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays or adverse weather conditions.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Orders
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the courier.
If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist in making enquiries with the courier where possible.
Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bloomscreations01@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
This allows us to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
