At Blooms Creations, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully package every order. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
We do not offer returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or style selected
- Items ordered in error
- Normal wear and tear
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery.
To request a return or refund, you must:

- Include your order number
- Provide a clear description of the issue
- Attach clear photos showing the damage or fault
All return requests must be reviewed and approved by us via email before any item is sent back.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Approved Returns
If your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Be returned in original packaging where possible
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the outcome.
Refunds
If your refund is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed as faulty or damaged
- Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider
Replacements
Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund. This will be discussed with you during the approval process.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable even if unused. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with UK consumer law.
